"Friend" screens that are blank???? HELP

I currently have 3 friends that zero out when I visit their page. We are close in level status, I can gift them, I can hire them--but when I try to visit their page; it's blank. That counts AGAINST me as a friend visited for the day, though I benefit nothing from the visit. Is this a language difference? Is it possible to block your page and only recv gifts? I have deleted and re added several times; the pages still zero out. Has anyone seen this before? Is there a fix I can try? Who can I report this too?

I have clicked on friends and it shit down my game every time must be a glitch with the update
