How do u get these???

These icons on the desktop are only available during Christmas and Halloween, I believe. When they create a new Winter-theme or Halloween-themed photo or puzzle, there is a special event where players can get a prize for getting to a certain level. It takes a lot of playing to get these and the event window is only for so many days, so you want to be sure to logon right before Halloween or Christmas so you can get the maximum amount of days to play and collect the prizes. Someone else might be able to explain it a little better, but that's the gist of it. You have to be active during a seasonal event to earn these.
