Halloween Event Quest: The Waiting Game

It requires throne room in morphs and i played like 30 times already and still not able to get this mode. Is it bugged? Throne room level is high seeker. Thanks for the help.

I JUST got it. Took forever - I can't even count how many attempts. I'm finding this problem with all of the Halloween upgrade quests - it take way too many turns on the same picture to rotate to the right mode.. Like it's designed so that you can't get the quests.

Last year’s halloween party was a big blast. I had so much fun with my friend. And this year I am going to attend the best halloween party nyc with them. It will be the first halloween event that we will be celebrating in NYC. It is so thrilling!!
