You can post codes without registering or if you register they have a members code exchange forum too and the people are friendly and very helpful.
It's a very fun site with video guides and all the game bug information to help you out.

Thing is with that site is their moderators are a bit overzealous on that forum. Every post I have made there, (all 2) I have had a Mod correct and retype my post on friends code.
