I must have played Night Garden 100 times and I can't get the rag doll. Its discouraging! How do I get the rag doll from Night Garden?

In order to get some items you have to be at a certain level within that photo. You can go to that particular photo and scroll through the items at the bottom to see if what you are looking for is available for that photo at that time. As for the rag doll, it is only available when you research or disperse a photo that has the Ghostly Mirror anomaly. I hope this helps.
