tokens for observation deck... Empty tokens for observation deck...

Anyone know how to GIFT tokens to friends? Cannot find them in "gift" area, I assumed they would be with the ladybugs, arrows, fireflies. Not showing on my screen.

I realized there was a new update on September 10th which includes the "token" along with new photo room to explore.
