HELP re VANILLA SUGAR Empty HELP re VANILLA SUGAR

Please can anyone help me - I've investigated the curse in the flower shop 4 times now and can't get the vanilla sugar !! Feel like throwing my iPad out of the window ! Anyone else struggling or is it just me? Thanks if anyone can help - Jo
