Does anyone know how long your code stays active for people to add you? I've added so many codes on the list people have posted only to be told the code is incorrect. I'm guessing they time out. Some have only been posted for several hours though.

Codes only last for about 5 tries and then they are invalid. That's why you'll find people posting repeatedly as their code updates over in the 'Share Your Friends Code' section on this site.

You also get an error code if you try to add somebody who is already a friend
