Does anyone know...

Does anyone know why when I send a gift to someone who is currently active (I've chosen to display my friends as "based on activity") why I get a notice saying "your friend hasn't visited in quite a while, please try to send them a gift later". This happens with at least 3 friends on a regular basis. They're obviously playing but not being recognised as so.

I'm still having the same issue with the same friends so to anyone I used to send regular gifts, but don't now, this is why. I would if I could so sorry :-(

"Your friend hasn't visited in quite a while, please try to send them a gift later" means that their giftbox is full and can't receive any more gifts at that moment. I believe the giftbox maximum is 300 items at a time. So you just have to wait till they collect some of their gifts for their game before you can send them more.
