Unable to send gifts or visit

I know no one here can "fix" the issue, just wondering if anyone else is unable to connect to server to give gifts and visit friends? Mine has been doing this since yesterday. I've done troubleshooting, it's not my phone just this game.

I am having the same issue since yesterday and it's the same today.

Dang! Thanks for replying, some comfort knowing I wasn't the only one having that problem. Was afraid I'd lose good friends...

I'm still unable to connect to the server to gift and visit.

No, I haven't heard anything and I'm unable to connect also. Was going to maybe try sending email to developers, just haven't had the time to look that up

8:42p MT....The game just did an update on my phone and it is STILL not working.

Just did the update and it seems to be working

Same issues for a few weeks now/update did not fix the issue/ yesterday opened the game and ALL 554 friends were wiped away--

After Mercedez post I checked mine and still I couldn't connect but could play. Suddenly last night I showed 72 gifts from friends! I thought yay, it's working. After accepting the gifts, all my friends disappeared. Same as Abearla. It showed 11 in waiting room so I accepted all of those....Gone.
