Loading issues Empty Loading issues

For weeks, now, I've been having problems sending gifts or visiting friends. The window saying "Please wait" and the spinner ,, sometimes, will just sit there for several minutes. It will happen at any time of the day or night ... there is no specific time. Also, most of my friends have no items shown in their wish lists. I'm wondering if any one else has experienced these roblems and, if so, have they been resolved and how. Also, might this haven't something to do with any updates to the game? I'm using a Kindle Fire HDX 8.5.

There seems to be a serious problem with the game since the last update (Flower Shop). The Friends function takes forever to load. The add new friends is not functioning properly either
